Hi, I'm Sophie! 

I built this website to offer more context than a CV ever could. It provides a clearer picture of how I work, what shaped me, and whether my approach, mindset and leadership style are the right fit for an organization and the role to be filled. I am particularly interested in leadership positions in marketing with responsibility for people development and strategic growth.

Professionally I focus on holistic marketing for enterprise brands. Full funnel strategy, creator marketing, retail integration and platform native content work together to drive measurable outcomes. I partner closely with leadership and cross functional teams and translate business goals into reach, performance and brand building.

I’m a constructive trouble maker who challenges the status quo. I question assumptions, go to the core of processes and aim to improve what others accept as given. Not to create friction, but to create clarity, efficiency and purpose.

My leadership mindset comes from high performance sports. Over ten years coaching competitive alpine teams and regular collaboration with the German Olympic team since 2018 shaped clarity, accountability, momentum and trust. I lead teams so that performance and individual development go hand in hand.

For me, continuous learning is a constant. I invest intentionally in leadership and organizational development. I’m currently enrolled at Yale in Connected Leadership. In January I will be at Harvard studying Leadership in Teams and Organizations, applying insights directly into how I work with teams and partners.

I build women-centered networks in both professional and private contexts. The focus is meaningful exchange, visibility and shared growth. Over time this evolved into panels, speaking engagements and community formats that I design and moderate.
